XONO BOTS provides digital software products, license keys, and related services (“Products” or “Services”) for use by customers (“you”, “Customer”) in accordance with the applicable product terms. All Products are delivered electronically. We do not guarantee compatibility with every device or environment; it is your responsibility to verify suitability before purchase.
Upon valid payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased Product(s) in accordance with the license type (e.g., single device, subscription period). You may not redistribute, resell, reverse-engineer, or use the Product for any unlawful purpose. License keys are personal to the purchaser and may not be shared or transferred without our prior written consent. We may revoke or suspend licenses for breach of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. You waive any objection to venue or jurisdiction in such courts.
